Purpose of the role:

§

Instigate conversations for Mlex at Asset Management firms with Portfolio Managers, Knowledge Managers and other personas by finding relevant content to share and creating rapport that will lead to New Business.

§

Responsible for the first stage of the sales cycle, booking qualified meetings for the New Business team to attend.

§

Monitor trial usage, responding to prospect behaviour and interests by sharing content to ensure full engagement with our services.

§

Design & test alternative approaches to create NB meetings, and repeat the most effective.

Conduct a high volume of quality outbound activities across multiple channels on a daily basis.

Find new methods to reach prospects and share results with colleagues.

§

Immediately follow up & qualify inbound marketing leads.

§

Connect with & message relevant buyer personas in your territory on LinkedIn.

Record & share daily activity (on Salesforce).

§

Build constructive working relationships with the sales team, sharing your working practises, results & acting on the feedback you receive.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate across multiple channels to a variety of buyer personas.

Practised at approaching and closing C-Suite for NB meetings.

Able to tailor a pitch depending on the size of a company and the industry it works in.

Confident at lead scoring and able to ask questions to increase a score.

§

Experience of working with sales people and creating rapport to receive their help and support.

§

Demonstrable interest in the Law.

§

Experience of learning the theory of a product and applying it to business conversations in a natural way.

§

Expert at using LinkedIn to generate leads.

§

Knowledge of your conversion rates and competent in creating actions to improve them.

§

6 months + in a similar role.
