Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships, other relationships:

•Develop and lead change management strategies across Projects within AVANGRID.

•Create change management materials and messaging, lead team of change ambassadors.

•Develop and promote proactive and timely communications furthering the mission and vision of the Projects group.
Liaison with other communication and change management leads across Projects.

•Coordinate logistics and develop plans and presentations for all Projects cross- OpCo employee meetings.

•Develop and execute surveys, complete data analysis for action-item development and follow-through.

•Lead Employee Engagement project teams for delivery of action items.

•Coordinate with Corporate Communications for the development and publication of Projects articles in company

•Manage Projects document management activities in SharePoint and Content Manager.

•Coordinate and lead efforts across the Projects Organization with communications liaisons.

•Write and distribute Projects Quick Facts, personnel announcements and other pertinent messages to the Projects

•Develop and execute the strategic communications plan and change management plans for the Projects

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):

•Manage assigned initiatives and project teams.

•Monitor and control assigned activities and work efforts within prescribed guidelines.

•Develop reports and inputs for business cases or proposals.

•Works independently to address a range of standard and non-standard situations.

•Solve complex problems and issues concerning the implementation and maintenance of document management,
communications and change management initiatives.

•Analyze complex data and come to useful conclusions for the Outreach manager, Competency Leads and others
as needed to support all relevant Projects processes.

•May require supervision of consultants.

•Possess breadth and depth of analytical, technical and functional expertise within SharePoint, Content Manager -
and general knowledge of other departments within Projects.

•Use best practices and knowledge of internal/external business issues.

•Participate in and/or lead special initiative team(s).

•Promote cross functional teamwork and provide guidance to other team members as necessary.

•Works directly with IT to develop solutions that meet requirements.

•Monitor and control costs as they pertain

to Change Management and Communications initiatives and projects.



Education & Experience Required:

•Bachelor's Degree , Communications a plus. Seven years of related business experience required, preferably in a

•Change Management training and experience.


•Possess in-depth experience in performing analyses and providing operational support to at least one business

•Self-directed and demonstrated initiative.

•Requires five years of experience in performing analyses, with direct experience in the
utility business preferred.

•Able to work in a cross-functional team and lead a team.

•Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to use office automation products (e.g. Microsoft Office) or
other similar programs, strong writing and verbal skills.

•The ability to create and deliver effective presentations.
