The ideal candidate is a well organized, detail-oriented individual who is flexible and can easily adapt to a constantly evolving environment. This person can juggle multiple tasks at once, has excellent communication skills, and will also enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a diverse office with many different requests. We want an A-player who is fun, positive, and energetic!

The position will be ~15 hrs/week (ideally 3 hrs/day, 5 days/week; at minimum come in for 3 days a week). We are paying $20/hr. and you will get to work in an awesome office with great colleagues, an unlimited supply of delicious snacks and drinks, puppies, happy hours, weekly basketball, and daily afternoon Halo games!!!

  • Main contact for Culver City office; work with landlords/ 3rd party vendors and liaise with the Telenav main
  • Answer the door - filter out solicitors, greet guests, and sign for deliveries
  • Food ordering/catering - weekly team lunches, candidate lunches, sales-summit/all-hands, while maintaining budget
  • Ordering and receiving snacks, drinks and office supplies
  • Ensuring cleanliness/tidiness of building - Kitchen/lounge area clean-up and organization, stock fridge/snack areas, coffee set up and maintenance
  • Fielding any facilities issues (i.e., calling the landlord for lights, bathroom, other issues)
  • Planning team socials and events - booking locations, supplies and activities within budget
  • Assisting with any setup/teardown for meetings
  • Accepting, distributing & sending UPS/FedEx deliveries
  • Work with HR, IT and facilities for on- & off-boarding employees
  • Assignment and distribution of monthly parking passes
  • Process monthly expenses on our corp Amex
