We are looking for a Training Manager to join our team and help us provide a supportive learning environment. This person will help develop trainees from a foundation of compassion.
â¢ Provide solutions to difficult questions?
â¢ Communicate clearly with both local and remote teams?
â¢ Focus on supporting learners through a complex curriculum?
â¢ Analyze situations and predict roadblocks?
â¢ Interpret policies and ensure understanding and adherence across the team?
â¢ Provide oversight and support to a team of talented scribe trainers.
â¢ Initiate and projects to support overall team goals and effectively delegate to team members.
â¢ Monitor and review overall progress of trainees through the L&D program.
â¢ Identify opportunities to improve the learner experience and seek to continually improve existing processes.
â¢ Collaborate closely with Learning Experience Designers to ensure that learner feedback is incorporated into
â¢ Compile and reports team metrics on a weekly basis.
â¢ Evaluate performance and provides feedback to team members.
â¢ Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing.
Number of Years of Work Experience: 2 years of experience managing remote teams.
â¢ Must be a highly-skilled written and verbal communicator.
â¢ Must be detail oriented and comfortable with multi-tasking.
â¢ Must be able to provide appropriate compliant solutions for new situations.
â¢ Must have the ability to continuously examine processes and identify process changes as needed.
â¢ Must have strong interest in team growth and individual team member development
â¢ Needs to be highly skilled at relationship management across multiple groups within the organization.
â¢ Solid experience working on and/ or managing remote teams.
â¢ Deep knowledge of iScribes and Nuance procedures and business needs.
â¢ Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
â¢ Ability to escalate issues in a timely manner with little or no direction.
Education: BA/BS degree.
