Position Overview: Based in Sunnyvale, CA, the Director-Customer Success will play a strategic role in Juniper’s successful GTM strategy. The CSD will assist in growing recurring revenue, ensure Juniper customers receive maximum value from our products and will enable Juniper to identify new opportunities within our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identity ways to deeply understand our customers’ objectives and become a trusted advisor
  • Work closely with customers to ensure commitments are delivered
  • Articulate the value of Juniper Products to encourage and drive customer adoption and expansion
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Create dashboards to measure customer success
  • Guide throughout each phase of the customer’s journey from onboarding to renewal
  • Educate customers on the flexibility and capabilities
    of Juniper products.
  • Create policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience
  • Gather feedback from customers, study successful programs and analyze customer data to identify best practices.
  • May provide technical support to customers or to provide training on Juniper products.

Ideal Experience:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in the areas of Customer Success Management and/or Sales Operations on a global basis in a complex IT environment.
  • Excellent analytical and business intelligence
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point)
  • Proven track record to analyze data and metrics for business insight purposes
  • Fosters close, cooperative relationships with peer leaders and other senior executives
  • Executive presence with excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex topics.
