The Connections team is seeking an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of duties, including: executive calendar management, document preparation for meetings (managing agendas, printing, updating goals), follow up reminders, travel coordination, expense processing and occasional event planning.

In addition to supporting Connections organization, this position will interact and partner with the business leaders, HR teams and their executive assistants to support Connections engagement across Amazon. The position will focus on processes including meetings, events, mechanisms, goals, standards
and procedures, disseminating information and directing employees to appropriate resources for information, and may include contribution to ad hoc project work as needed.

This role is for you if you have a proven track record of providing exceptional executive support as well as experience in managing a program across a large organization, with experience in full-cycle project management (from design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement).

Responsibilities include:
  • Effectively and proactively support a VP and up to two HR Directors in the team. Including calendar management, travel, event coordination and expense reimbursement
  • Serve as a business partner ensuring strategic, proactive and thoughtful support of the rhythm of the business
  • Fielding questions by researching appropriate resources and/or connecting with the appropriate teams to resolve
  • Document preparation for meetings such as creation of agendas for staff meetings, and other recurring business meetings and review forums
  • Program management for talent and business review processes across Connections
  • Partnering with HR and others to identify key dates for reviews throughout the year
  • Produce and analyze reports to assist with Amazon systems for data entry, modification, and reporting
  • Assist with systems and tools, including support as needed for annual corporate processes and support logistics for events and off site meetings
  • Coordination of A/V needs, room configuration and meals
  • Partnering with the executive admin team to identify key dates for reviews
  • Event coordination, as needed
