KEY REQUIREMENTS

Extensive experience in MEP Procurement for large-scale building construction projects.

Strong exposure to high-volume procurement of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and related MEP materials/equipment.

Expertise in vendor development, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and procurement planning.

Proven track record of managing procurement budgets, cost optimization, and supply chain operations.

Strong understanding of project execution requirements, technical specifications, and local market dynamics.

Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating with project, engineering, and commercial teams.

PREFERRED PROFILE

A seasoned MEP Procurement professional with 15-20 years of experience in building construction, capable of leading end-to-end procurement operations, driving cost efficiencies, ensuring timely material availability, and supporting large-scale project delivery.
