Marblehead Community Charter Public School (MCCPS) is seeking a dynamic and flexible 8th Grade Teacher to join our collaborative team for the 20252026 school year. This full-time position includes teaching two core academic subjectsELA, Math, or Sciencebased on the strengths of the candidate and the needs of the school.We are looking for an educator who: * Brings a strong command of middle school content and pedagogy* Enjoys working with adolescents and understands their developmental needs* Is passionate about interdisciplinary, project-based learning* Collaborates effectively with colleagues to design integrated, rigorous curriculum* Values community, creativity, and a student-centered approach to teachingKey Responsibilities: * Teach two content areas (combinations may include Science, Math, and/or ELA) to 8th grade students* Design and implement engaging, standards-based lessons that support all learners* Contribute to interdisciplinary project work aligned with MCCPSs mission* Use assessment data to inform instruction and support student growth* Communicate regularly with families and collaborate with team members* Participate in school-wide activities, professional development, and community events
