We are seeking an energetic, creative, and dedicated Program Supervisor (Behavior Consultant) to join our San Mateo County team. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead services across multiple environments while mentoring and training behavior technicians, collaborating with families, and directly impacting client success.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee and implement individualized ABA treatment plans in school classrooms, clinic settings, and client homes
- Provide in-person supervision, feedback, and coaching to behavior technicians
- Collaborate with parents, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated support
- Conduct assessments (Vineland, FAST, Functional Analysis Worksheets) and contribute to FBAs
- Lead caregiver coaching sessions and facilitate team meetings
- Analyze session data to monitor progress and adjust programs as needed
- Ensure treatment aligns with Novo’s standards of quality, ethics, and family-centered care
What We’re Looking For
- Resides in San Mateo County or surrounding areas
- Afternoon availability (1 PM – 8 PM preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree + 12 ABA units required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months of experience with children with ASD or developmental delays
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical ABA setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Must pass DOJ/FBI background checks

Essential Functions
- Use technology (iPads, Central Reach) for documentation and data collection
- Confidently navigate community, school, and home environments
- Ability to run, jump, sit on the floor, and engage in active play during sessions
- Travel between school sites, clinics, and homes as assigned
