Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in landscape management, outdoor maintenance, or client relations.
- Knowledge of pond maintenance, and or landscape design is a plus.
- Strong understanding of landscape terminology, plant materials, and installation techniques.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently, accepting and providing constructive feedback.
- Flexibility to adapt duties based on seasonal workload and client needs.
- Ability to stay proactive and minimize non-productive time, especially during slower periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
