What You’ll Do
- Actively prospect, engage, and close new insurance business
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients - Conduct insurance reviews to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Recommend and explain auto, home, life, and health insurance products based on customer needs
Follow up on leads and referrals to maximize conversion - Manage client policy renewals and coverage changes
- Maintain compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Highly organized, proactive, and driven by results
- Prior insurance sales experience preferred but not required
- Current Life & Health and/or Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain – we'll guide and support you through the process)
Confidence in making outbound calls and conducting in-person or virtual sales conversations
