We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, collections and assist with financial reporting. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process customer invoices and collection of related receivables
- Process vendor invoices for payment
- Update and report borrowing base certificate daily to our banking partner
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Scan and doc type documents
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist with claims subrogation and carrier compliance
- Assist operations team wherever necessary
- Attend Accounting department meetings and assist with other accounting functions as needed.
- Ability to achieve goals set forth by management.
- Attend work consistently and punctually. Request time off per policies.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

- Basic knowledge of GAAP and financial principles
Education &/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 0-2 years of accounting experience preferred
- Combinations of education and experience may be considered at the discretion of management

Pay: $43,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
