Accounting Specialist - onsite role
Company is a leading provider of air quality solutions for a variety of industries.

Salary: $47 - 55K/yr, based on exp. Full-Time, 40 hr rarely required to work OT
Responsibilities:
- Will be entering accounts payable data into our accounting software
- Will be handling accounts receivable and applying payments to the proper jobs
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable data entry
- Utilize Sage-50 and Sage-100
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information
- May submit quotes and proposals to customers if/ when needed
Requirements:
- Degree in accounting or a related field experience
- Min 3+ years of experience in A/R and A/P
- Knowledge of SAGE 50 & SAGE 100 a def plus
- ****Any accounting software suite experience will be accepted as we can training is available
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of accounting principals a def plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
