Summary:
Rango Inc. is a rapidly growing company in the mining services industry. We work with mining companies in several sectors ranging from aggregates to precious metals to industrial minerals, such as Copper, Gold, & Silver. Our team is expanding and seeking another exceptional A/P professional to join our strong culture. Our culture is fast-paced, supportive, team-oriented, and dynamic. We currently have 36 mine & construction projects in 5 states, with more plans for continued expansion.
Location:
- Onsite in Mesa near Falcon Field & Boeing (no remote options)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to external vendors and internal managers regarding all aspects of the A/P process in a multi-entity environment, including processing invoices for payment
- Research information to provide accurate and timely solutions to internal clients and vendors at multiple locations
- Manage the vendor invoice process through the approval routing system and confirm correct GL account codes are utilized
- Generate payment to vendors on a routine schedule and ensure timeliness and accuracy of bill payments
- Review and reconcile vendor statements with internal system to ensure all bills have been received
- Track various information related to equipment rentals to ensure accuracy of vendor bills and location of equipment
- Review automatic payments to ensure sufficient coding and authorizations
- Monitor account balances, track expenses, prepare analyses of accounts and relating financial activity to produce monthly financial reports
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma, or GED, is required
- 3+ years of working experience in a construction, trades, mining, or related industries
- Working knowledge in QuickBooks
- Working knowledge in Beanworks, or similar invoice processing systems
- MS Excel skills in V-Lookup, Filters, using Formulas, and Pivot charts.
- Experience managing up to 3500 invoices per month, as a collaborative team effort
- Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with bookkeeping software
- Excellent communication, research, problem solving, and time management skills
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, detail, and accountability
- Knowledge of administrative and general office practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
