Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Activity Coordinator to join our team in providing engaging and meaningful activities for residents in our assisted living community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring that each resident feels valued and included.
Duties
- Develop, implement, and oversee a diverse range of activities tailored to the interests and abilities of residents.
- Coordinate schedules for daily activities, ensuring that all residents have opportunities to participate.
Experience
- Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care settings is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff members.
