We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Manage email and phone systems providing excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs promptly.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record management as needed.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain office organization through effective filing systems and clerical support.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation and management.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- Support administrative functions such as typing reports, managing correspondence, and handling office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on administrative roles.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus for bookkeeping tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.

- Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, typing, and data entry is required.
- Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous but not mandatory.
