Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive Cum Telecaller with hands-on experience in the online trading business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a mix of administrative, customer service, and sales tasks, while also supporting the day-to-day operations of our trading platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Manage office documentation, filing, and data entry.
- Coordinate with internal departments and ensure smooth office operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and basic financial documents.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and support management tasks.
- Handle invoicing, billing, and order tracking related to online transactions.
Telecalling & Customer Service:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote services.
- Answer incoming customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Follow up on leads generated via online platforms.
- Maintain a customer database with updated information and status.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
Online Trading Support:
- Assist in listing, updating, and managing products/services on online trading platforms.
- Monitor transactions, respond to inquiries, and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping updates, and returns.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitors' activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in admin or telecalling roles, with exposure to online trading/e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions with professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
