Baths R Us is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales and Accounting departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales department by reviewing documentation for bathroom remodeling projects to ensure accuracy. When necessary, support the sales team with contract addendums to resolve any sales or production holds.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with team members to accomplish a successful project lifecycle from beginning to end.
  • Assist the accounting department with Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P).
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, ensuring all information is up-to-date and properly documented in the company’s database.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
  • Support the sales and accounting team with general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting with customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the construction or remodeling industry.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with database management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
