InnoH2O Solutions, LLC, a provider of water treatment services and equipment to the mining, water and wastewater industry, is in need of an Administrative Assistant.
We have the need for a detail-oriented individual to manage our office schedules, set up travel, perform data entry and other paperwork.
This position will require the successful candidate be able to complete the following tasks:
1) Management of and validation that collected water samples are submitted and meet the permit requirements (review permit, review samples that are needed, communicate sampling requirements with operators in the field, etc.)
2) Administrative activities surrounding drinking water and wastewater treatment including filing of reports with DEP, interaction with DEP personnel and supporting clients’ data requests
3) Office management and miscellaneous admin services as needed (answering the phone, setting up meetings, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
