- Be the best part of the patients' day
- Building relationships with patients
- Managing patient schedules for multiple Doctors
- Discussing treatment plans, financial plans, and insurance benefits
- Participating in marketing events and programs
- Focus on maintaining a full schedule to promote treatment efficiency
- Liaison between patients and our office
