Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing front desk activities while supporting administrative tasks.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette and customer support.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing files and office supplies.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and document preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate file management and proofreading tasks.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
