Responsibilities:

Your Journey as an Administrator in Residency:

Qualifications:
  • Position will be based in a Diversicare center with an active Preceptor’s Certification.
  • Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
  • Must be willing to relocate within the states Diversicare operates
  • Applicants must meet the state education and experience requirements to participate in Diversicare’s Administrator in Residency Program
  • Applicants must be of good moral character and physically able to perform duties
  • Must have excellent people skills and be able to engage and connect with guests, families, team members, and other leaders.
  • Proven ability to utilize strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the center
