The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required; BA/BS in human services field preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community based setting required.
• Experience in training professional and para-professional staff preferred.
• Quality Improvement experience preferred.
• ARF Administrator's certification and Registered Behavior Technician certification required within 90 days of hired date.
