The Advanced Crisis Response Specialist (ACRS), under professional supervision, completes all roles and responsibilities of the Crisis Response Specialist in addition to the following: Works in collaboration with the department leadership to provide hands-on expertise to help train incoming staff and serve as a mentor to new crisis response specialists throughout all covered regions. This role requires excellent analytical, organizational, oral and written and interpersonal communications skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, the ability to independently resolve complex issues and keep management appropriately informed. This position requires strong relationships with key stakeholders such as law enforcement, first responders, and hospital personnel.
An ACRS must be a BHT and have at least 3 years of experience as a Crisis Response Specialist.?
A BHT at Spectrum is: an individual who has a minimum of a high school diploma and at least 4 years of behavioral healthexperience as a Crisis Response Specialist. OR, b. An individual with a bachelor's degree (any) or BHT Certification froman accredited institution and at least 4 years of experience in behavioral health as a Crisis Response Specialist. OR, c. Anindividual with a bachelor's or master's degree in a human services related field .?
Peer Recovery Support Specialist Certification preferred?
Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
