Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role is essential in supporting our staff and enhancing overall productivity. The Office Aide will work closely with team members to maintain an efficient office environment.
Duties
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Learn to work finance at a Dealership.
- Control Facebook Advertising as well as other advertising adds.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a professional atmosphere.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
- Proficiency in using financial software is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
