Key Responsibilities
- Partner with our marketing team to actively promote services through social media, professional photography, and other creative channels.
- Conduct thorough consultations: evaluate patient needs, create treatment plans, and recommend injectables, skincare, and services tailored to their goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed charting, documentation, and compliance to ensure continuity of care and regulatory adherence.
- Mentor and support new injectors by sharing expertise, training on best practices, and modeling leadership within the clinic.
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment that reflects Skin Savvy’s high standards.
- Perform neurotoxin and dermal filler injections with precision and safety, following all state regulations and Skin Savvy protocols.
- Support inventory by monitoring product needs and communicating timely with management.
- Participate in continuing education, trainings, and provider meetings to advance skills and contribute to team growth.
- Educate patients on treatment options, aftercare, and retail products to maximize outcomes and satisfaction.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality in line with HIPAA and Skin Savvy policies.
- Uphold a professional, polished presence while embodying integrity, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
The Ideal Candidate
- Active RN, NP, PA or ND license in the State of Arizona (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of aesthetic injectable experience preferred; strong newer candidates with proven skill, artistry, and presence will also be considered.
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent).
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to safety, patient outcomes, and ethical practice.
- Confident with treatment planning, patient education, and cross-selling complementary services and products.
- Comfortable with social media, photography, and other marketing initiatives to showcase results and build patient demand.
- Excellent communication skills — clear, warm, and professional with both patients and teammates.
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented; able to manage charting, compliance, and scheduling efficiently.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to mentor peers, share knowledge, and strengthen overall team culture.
Compensation & Benefits
- $75 – $130/hr ($35 – $50/hr base + performance bonus)
