Everclean Air is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Air Duct Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This role involves providing high-quality air duct and dryer vent cleaning services for both residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough air duct and dryer vent cleanings using company-provided equipment.
- Educate customers on the importance of clean air ducts for health and energy efficiency.
- Perform inspections of HVAC systems and identify any potential issues.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all client questions and concerns are addressed.
- Safely operate company vehicles and keep equipment in good working order.
- Travel within a 35 mile radius of Streamwood to reach clients’ homes and businesses.
- Report job status, customer feedback, and any issues with equipment or vehicles to management.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in HVAC, air duct cleaning, or related fields is highly preferred.
- Physical fitness: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that involve standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license: A clean driving record is required to drive the company van.
- Attention to detail: Ability to follow job protocols and provide thorough service is key.
- Strong communication skills: You will be interacting with customers daily, so professionalism and clarity are essential.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 30-40 miles from Streamwood to service our clients.
Work Schedule:
- Flexible hours, with occasional weekend availability required depending on customer needs.
- Must be comfortable with traveling 20-30% of the time.
