LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking a part-time Aircraft Servicer for our contract to provide fuel support services in North Island, CA - Naval Air Station (NAS).
Hourly Pay Rate: $34.09 per hour. Working Schedule: Monday through Friday: 2300-0500 and Weekend/Holidays 1900-0500.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of (3) years’ experience in servicing aircraft, while performing the following tasks. Directs incoming and outgoing aircraft in the fuel servicing area to assist pilot's maneuvering of the aircraft on ground, using hand or light signals. Secures aircraft in parking position with chocks. Operates refueling equipment and checks aircraft tire condition prior to entering the fuel servicing area. Qualified candidates must have a Class A CDL with Hazmat (H) and Tanker (N) endorsements, a minimum of (3) year’s Class A Truck driving experience, clean driving record, and high school degree or equivalent.
Servicing aircraft, duties include but not limited to direct incoming and outgoing aircraft near hot pit refueling area, using hand or light signals.
- Refuel aircraft in accordance with NAVAIR 80T-109 procedures and MIL-HDBK-844A (AS).
- Recirculate stations and checks for fuel contamination by taking samples and draining sumps.
- Adheres to the Quality Control Program IAW with the contract
- Adheres to the safety program IAW contract requirements; and federal, state, and local regulations.
- Adheres to standard work practices, safety, quality, equipment, supplies, performance work statement, and company policies and procedures.
- Perform reports, inspections, and logs as required by the organization and contract requirements
