Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various systems, including fire alarms, surveillance equipment, and computer hardware. This role requires a strong understanding of system design and the ability to troubleshoot and detect issues effectively. The Installer will work both independently and collaboratively, ensuring that all installations meet safety standards and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Install and configure surveillance systems, fire alarms, and other security devices.
- Utilize remote access software for system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Conduct thorough inspections to detect potential issues before installation.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls.
Experience
- Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer hardware installation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of system design principles related to security systems.
- Relevant certifications in fire alarm systems or surveillance technology are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $23.46 - $25.96 per hour
