Manage parking enforcement operations and supervise parking attendants
Reconcile parking citation payments received in office or via Touchnet to Cognos reports
Review and address parking appeals submitted through the department's functional email or parking system
Maintain records for overdue citations, payment arrangements and vehicle impoundments
Provide secondary support to the parking coordinator, assisting with parking registrations and payment collection
Assist with cash handling duties to include daily submissions of cash receipts on monies collected
Offer telephone support for the department and respond to inquiries via functional email
Remains current with all licensure, certifications and mandatory compliances and trainings required of this position
Adhere to all policies, procedures and practices (Regents Rules, TTUS, HSECEP OPs, etc.)
Personally demonstrate, display and act in accordance with TTUHSC EP's Values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork). Serve as a Value's leader while actively promoting and encouraging staff across the institution
Perform all other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in job related field plus two (2) years responsible related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal six (6) years
Licensure/certification:
Employee will need to have a valid driver's license, automobile insurance through duration of employment.
Employee will need to undergo a background check for a driver approval request in order to operate state vehicles/golf carts.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office software, thorough knowledge of federal and state policies and procedures which related to work preformed and workplace safety knowledgeable
Employee must possess good organizational and customer service skills to communicate effectively in person, by email or phone
Able to work flexible schedule due to campus events
Supervisory experience and cash handling experience preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish
