Job Summary
We are seeking an Appointment Generator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team through outbound calling efforts.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and previous clients to offer discounted AC Tune Ups
- Utilize sales techniques to engage prospects and promote our products/services
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and schedule follow-up appointments
Skills
- Proficient in outbound calling and sales techniques
- Strong negotiation skills to secure appointments effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with technical sales, software, and technology products
- Ability to market products/services effectively during calls
- Experience using CRM systems for lead management

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
