Appointment Setter/ Lead Generator (No telemarketing or Door to Door!)
Air Services Unlimited is The Home Depot's sole provider for Heating and Air Conditioning in Lake Charles and surrounding areas. We are a rapidly growing HVAC company looking for charismatic, energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our top team of lead generators working in The Home Depot store. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, contributing to the growth of our business. Do you love meeting and talking to new people? As a member of our team, you will meet customers in The Home Depot store and assess their Heating and Air Conditioning needs. You will make recommendations for services that fit their needs and sign them up for appointments including no obligation free estimates.
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must pass background & drug screening
- Must have a smart phone to submit leads while in the store.
- Shifts are 4-8 hours in length.
- Must be available to work between 9AM-6PM
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly in the stores
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive approach to customers in the stores.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or lead generation is a plus but not required.
