About the role
Insight Digital Innovation is seeking a full-time Architect who can work collaboratively with a diverse team of experts to solve complex business challenges using innovative thinking and modern technology. As a Architect you will:
- Design and develop cutting-edge enterprise data solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Lead discussions with clients and recommend technical solutions for business cases
- Design and code modern solutions to tough data challenges leveraging the cloud
- Lead and collaborate with sharp, passionate teammates, provide feedback on others’ work, and encourage innovation and best practices internally and externally
- Prioritize, self-direct and execute at velocity

What we’re looking for
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders/clients, including active listening, critical thinking, presentation skills, coaching, empathy, dependability, and creativity. Experience talking to people in various industries and corporate levels including C-Levels, Engineers, Business Intelligence Analysis, Business Unit Leaders, Field workers.
- Cloud/Data Analytics including Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Data Services including OneLake, Azure Data Warehouse, SQL DB, SQL VMs, Purview, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse,
- Databricks including Unity Catalog, Delta Lake
- Visualization tools including extensive Power BI experience, with Tableau, Qlik, and SSRS a plus.
Pay: $140k-$150k depending on experience
