Starting Wage: $29.20 + $2.30 shift differential
Shift: 2nd shift 4:48pm-3:18am Monday- Thursday+ overtime

What you will do:
- Builds Rooftop HVAC units by assembling various complex component parts
- Required to perform a variety of assembly operations, moving within the area to meet production needs, performing tasks including buildup, electrical assembly, interior/exterior component fit-up, and final assembly
- Uses a computer for assembly drawings
- Performs a quality check on the unit before it leaves the assembly station. Performs 5S procedures
- Takes part in the training process for all new team members
- Provides input regarding the performance of new team members
- Participates with other team members on safety, process and quality improvement teams
- Works with team members, supervisors and support areas to coordinate workflow to meet production requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to operate hand tools
- Ability to read and understand written English
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing experience
