The Assistant Manager is to assist the Manager in effectively managing the property in all aspects including:
· Interacting with current and prospective residents in a professional manner.
· Collecting and recording rent payments.
· Verification of applicant information.
· Collection and verification of resident information for recertification.
· Receive and enter Maintenance service requests.
· Manage the office in the absence of the Manager.
Requirements
· Motivated, self-starter.
· Previous experience in apartment leasing.
· Affordable Housing Experience preferred.
· Proven efficiency using OneSite Property Management Software
· Good communication skills.
· Effectively works well with others with limited supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $37,000.00 per year
