We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented Assistant Event Coordinator who’s ready to get begin or continue growth a roll involving all aspects of event planning and execution. This is a boots-on-the-ground role for someone eager to grow in the industry while supporting a fast-paced, highly creative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Event Operations & Client Experience
- Assist Lead Coordinators on the day of events, helping ensure everything runs smoothly
- Participate in venue walk-throughs and preliminary client meetings
- Take initial client inquiries via phone, gathering and logging essential details
Event Design & Customization
- Create custom signage for weddings, corporate events, and social functions
- Design tent cards, tasting menus, floorplans, and other branded event materials
- Organize, label, and archive photos from tastings and events
Vendor & Logistics Coordination
- Place and track orders for linens, glassware, flatware, and other rentals
- Coordinate with external vendors (bounce houses, tents, entertainers, etc.)
- Attend networking events to promote Relish Events and cultivate vendor relationships
Marketing & Social Media
- Assist in managing our website, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Respond to online reviews in a timely and professional manner
- Curate and schedule social content from recent events
Internal & Offsite Support
- Attend and support occasional offsite events and wedding expos
- Contribute to planning and execution of in-house wedding shows
Who You Are:

- Familiar with basic event management software and social media tools

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
