Manager
Super Chix, a vibrant and growing restaurant chain, is in search of an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, a keen understanding of restaurant operations, and strong leadership skills to ensure the continued success of Super Chix.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to drive business growth.
- Build relationships with customers, addressing feedback and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Required Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Must have a valid Serv Safe Manager certification.
- 1 year of management experience.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers at all levels of the organization, both verbally and written. Must be able to follow verbal instructions while looking for an answer to a question or look for solutions to a problem. Must be able to follow written instructions while looking for an answer to a problem or look for solutions to a problem at all levels of the organization. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to stand for eight hours at a time. Must be able to work during all hours shifts are scheduled. Must be able to work weekends. Must be able to work overtime when needed. Must have reliable transportation. Must have valid driver's license. Must have good attendance.
