Coopersmith's Old Town Brewpub is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team!
Responsible for 5 floor shifts per week working under guidelines established in that specific job description as well as various miscellaneous administrative functions. Shifts include but are not limited to AM, PM, weekends, and holidays.
FOH: Oversee all FOH staff, including bartenders, servers, bussers, hosts, and expo. Keeps all special drink sheets, post weekly cleaning sheets, post weekly bartender notes, server notes, support notes, and monthly health inspections. Performs bi-weekly monthly inventory. Responsible for ordering all bar-related supplies and monitoring vendor relationships and communication. Responsible for achieving our 20% liquor cost goal. Create special drink menus as needed for special events and seasonal changes (minimum of twice per year).
STAFF: Oversees the training of these positions and handles any discipline (including termination) necessary. Floor Managers are responsible for giving a performance review at least every six months. Strengthening and challenging your mentor team.
Daily monetary reconciliation with attention to accuracy.
Notify GM of immediate and necessary facility repairs/maintenance and equipment replacement/maintenance.
Address customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
Ensure staff time entries are accurate regarding position and hours for the shift worked.
Uphold company policies and ensure team adherence to said policies while remaining fair and unbiased.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in staff training and management within the food service industry
- Proficient in food service operations and team management
- Familiarity with POS systems, including Toast
- Experience in inventory control and cash handling
