Requirements:
- Scheduling flexibility to cover the dynamic needs of the business (mornings, nights, weekends)
- Decision-making, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and present ideas, reports, and budgets in various formats
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Must have food safety manager certification upon hire
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to maintain high levels of stamina with a physically demanding schedule and workload
- Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching required
- Ability to bend at the waist and lift items up to 30lbs
