Requirements

• Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver quality food and service
  
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to Wendy’s standards
  
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and staffing to meet business needs
  
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction
  
• Work closely with the General Manager to drive performance and operational success

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience at Wendy’s is preferred, leadership experience preferred
  
• Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members
  
• Proven track record in managing fast-paced restaurant operations
  
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
