Requirements
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver quality food and service

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to Wendy’s standards

Manage inventory, scheduling, and staffing to meet business needs

Maintain high levels of cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the General Manager to drive performance and operational success
What We’re Looking For

Prior experience at Wendy’s is preferred, leadership experience preferred

Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members

Proven track record in managing fast-paced restaurant operations

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
