The Role
This is a hands-on shift leadership role. You’ll be responsible for facility oversight, team supervision, and customer service delivery during your assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Facility & Program Oversight
- Serve as the Manager on Duty, overseeing adult leagues, youth programs, tournaments, field rentals, birthday parties, and special events.
- Conduct walk-throughs to ensure the complex is clean, safe, and event-ready.
- Ensure league and tournament check-in processes are followed—including confirming player eligibility and distributing wristbands when applicable.
- Be visible, proactive, and available throughout your shift—ready to solve problems and support staff.
Customer Service
- Greet and assist players, parents, and renters with professionalism and warmth.
- Provide a calm, helpful presence during busy or high-pressure situations.
- Ensure customer inquiries and complaints are resolved efficiently and respectfully.
Team Supervision
- Support front desk, bar, referees, and field staff in executing duties during shift.
- Lead shift huddles and assign responsibilities where needed.
- Ensure all shift staff complete required checklists and closing duties.
Administrative
- Complete an End-of-Shift Report summarizing:
- Action items completed
- Completed checklists
- Field safety check
- Maintenance or customer issues
- Screenshot of daily Call Log (50 minimum required on applicable shifts)
- Review and sign off on time recording (Gusto) for hourly staff at shift end.
- Ensure checklist compliance (Reception, Bar, Field Safety, and Time Recording).

Schedule
- Part-Time position requiring flexibility for business and operational needs.
- The role will include evening and weekend shifts, with non-traditional hours to support leagues, tournaments, and customer engagement initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
- $16 per hour with an expectation of shifts equalling between 20 and 30 hours per week
