Assistant Manager - Highly Skilled

Responsibilities include:
- Manage, train, monitor, and coach Team/Crew Members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops
- Direct and assign employees to ensure operational standards are met
- Adhere to and monitor employee compliance with company policies
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Monitor staffing levels, inventory, and food cost control
- Complete weekly inventory
- Assist in administrative duties and documentation
- Reinforce a customer service mentality among employees
- Respond promptly and respectfully to guest requests and complaints
