Job Summary
The Program Manager will oversee the development and coordination of programs within the organization. This role involves managing program activities, ensuring project schedules are met, and supervising program staff.
Duties
- Develop and implement program strategies to meet organizational goals
- Coordinate program activities and resources effectively
- Supervise program staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Utilize tools such as Kanban, Trello, Project Server, and Salesforce for program management
- Conduct project scheduling and coordination to ensure timely delivery
- Gather requirements from stakeholders to shape program objectives
- Present program updates and reports to senior management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in program development and management
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Proficiency in using tools like Trello, Project Server, Salesforce for project coordination
- Excellent communication skills for presenting program updates and gathering requirements from stakeholders
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- rail / transit industry: 5 years (Preferred)
- Program management in Manufacturing: 6 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- PMP certification (Preferred)
