A busy personal injury law firm in Gilbert is looking for a 3-5 year Plaintiff personal injury lawyer. The successful candidate must be able to take a case from intake to settlement.
Job Duties:
- Draft pleadings
- Respond to written discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Handle ADR
- Settle pre-litigation cases
- Organize and maintain all client files
- Handle/assist intakes as needed
- Update clients
- Negotiate liens
- Assist in file management
- Draft demands
- Negotiate settlement
- Interact with clients, adjusters, medical providers and opposing counsel
- Ensure clients are informed and receive correspondence
Experience and Education Required:
- 3-5 years of Plaintiff personal injury experience. Compensation commensurate with experience.
- Experience using case management software.
- Must possess strong organizational skills, work ethic and enjoy working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
