$70,000 - $95,000
Responsibilities:- Become an advocate for our Veteran and surviving spouse clients in VA compensation and pension claims.
- Conduct initial consultations and communicate legal strategies in a clear, down-to-earth way.
- Prepare claims, appeals, and supporting documents.
- Work closely with our experienced VA paralegals and team to ensure timely, quality service.
- Participate in ongoing training and weekly team meetings to learn, grow, and share insights.
- Maintain organized and updated case files and client communication logs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams when needed for educational outreach and community initiatives.
- You are licensed to practice law in Florida and live locally in Miami-Dade or Broward County.
- You may not have VA benefits experience yet—but you’re hungry to learn and eager to grow into an expert.
