$70,000–$80,000/year + Performance Bonuses

We are a Scottsdale-based firm seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values flexibility and independence in a mostly remote setting.

What We're Looking For:
- Licensed attorney in Arizona (required).
- No experience required. We will train you.
- Strong phone and communication skills – you’ll be regularly speaking with clients, opposing counsel, and members of our team.
- Excellent organizational skills – ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload under deadline.
- Commitment to professionalism, detail, and ethical case management.
- A hard worker - 40+ hours per week expected.
Compensation:
