Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team either in our Chicago office or Aurora office with potential work -from home balance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Real Estate and Commercial Transactions along with some litigation relating to evictions and collections. This role requires a proactive individual who is eager to write, litigate, and negotiate on behalf of our clients while maintaining the highest standards of legal practice.
Responsibilities
- Review, prepare and negotiate real estate and commercial contracts
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts with precision.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and during negotiations.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters.
- Collaborate with senior attorney on complex cases and projects.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all case-related activities.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
