Job Description:
As an Associate Inventory Analyst on our Technical Operations (Tech Ops) Supply Chain Team, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our operational readiness by maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting the flow of critical parts and tools to Production. This role is responsible for reconciling physical inventory with our Warehouse Management System, investigating discrepancies through root cause analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Material Stores and other Supply Chain functions, to drive resolution and maintain compliance. You’ll manage daily system queues, report on inventory accuracy, and support periodic audits across the network, all while contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and reliability. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to grow within a Team that plays a vital role in keeping our aircraft and operation soaring.

Responsibilities
Supports FAA compliance by conducting audits on parts, tooling, and reporting out inventory accuracy
Conduct 60-day investigations to resolve discrepancies and locate missing parts
Validate routine audits of material and tooling generated through a formal cycle count process
Process cycle count and inventory information to perform basic analysis to capture trends
Perform reconciliation of mismanaged inventory records in CDCS (Computerized Data Collection System)
Prepare reports and present results and summaries of audits to Leadership
Monitor audits of shelf-life material, ensuring all expired material is properly disposed of according to regulations
Maintain established part procedures by coordinating shared responsibilities between various Contract and Non-Contract-based Employees
Develop knowledge of what is involved in the Inventory Management process and continue to build knowledge with experience
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; basic or intermediate Excel skills preferred
Skilled in utilizing critical thinking for problem-solving and decision-making
Skilled in following established standard operating procedures and maintaining a high level of discipline with financial adjustments
Ability to shift back and forth between two or more activities and ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted
Ability to build collaborative relationships with various teams, fostering a cooperative and solution-oriented environment
Ability to communicate audit results, build recommendations, and work with cross-functional teams
Ability to demonstrate good time management skills; act with a sense of urgency
Ability to establish personal best practices to manage responsibilities
Willingness to support and provide help to other Team Members to ensure Team coverage Education
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
Entry-level experience; developing skills and knowledge in:
Supply chain or Aviation logistics
Aviation supply chain management/lifecycle
Business administration and management
Data Management
System navigation with various IT systems (e.g. SAP, Boeing Toolbox, Maintenix, QuickBase, Alteryx, Tableau, Salesforce)
Licensing/Certification
Required: SIDA badge and meet all local airport requirements
Physical Abilities
Ability to perform work duties from limited space work station/desk/office area for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Other Qualifications
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
Possible travel domestically and/or internationally 10-30%
Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $58,850 per year to $65,400 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
