Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive veterinary care including examinations, diagnostics, and treatment plans.
- Manage emergency cases with efficiency and compassion.
- Educate pet owners on preventative care and wellness practices.
- Collaborate with a team of veterinary professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Perform surgical procedures as required.
- Stay updated on veterinary best practices and advancements in animal health.
- Foster a friendly environment for both pets and their owners.
Qualifications * Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid veterinary license to practice in the state.
- Strong background in veterinary critical care and general practice.
- Excellent animal handling skills with a focus on safety and comfort.
- Knowledge of animal physiology and anatomy.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
- Experience with aseptic techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
- Laboratory experience is a plus.
